New Here... scared sh*tless!!

So I already have 16mo old, and I am expecting our 2nd lil boy in March. My DH works out of state for 3 weeks out of the month and is home for 1 week. I dont have family in AZ where I live and I am so scared that I will be overwhelmed.

Does anyone have any helpful advice? I never thought I would be a mother with a double stroller Smile

No advice for you YET. Just wanted to say I will be there with you! My DS will be 18 months when our 2nd arrives sometime around Feb 23rd. My DH also works alot...however he does work locally. Essentially he'll be home every night but we never know what time.

I am also worried about how I'm going to handle them both when DH is working. I know so many moms do it and we just figure it out. I still stress about it.

Maybe think about getting a little paid help. A mother's helper to help you a few hrs a day. You could get a neighborhood kid to come over for a few hours and entertain your older child?

I was going to suggest looking into getting a mother's helper, too. Care.com is a good resource.

And, it will all work out. Just like when you were a FTM, you'll figure things out and, before long, you won't even remember what things were like with just one child :
