I have been listening to my craving and partaking in a few lately. But after all is said and done, I really distaste the food I was craving so badly for. Yesterday was pudding, about 30 mins later...GROSS! Today was grilled cheese, now I feel sick. I feel like I should avoid my cravings all together.

I've been having this issue. Mostly it's just "eww.. that sounds so gross now", but there was one meal that I wanted so bad last week (and ate it), and this week, I literally get severely nauseous thinking about it. GROSS. It will probably be a miracle if I ever eat that meal again.
I'm also having the issue of something sounding good, then I eat a few bites and can't finish it.
