Baby dropping and stabbing pain?

This past weekend I noticed that LO has dropped a good amount, DH commented on Saturday and then I really saw it Sunday. Anyway, I've had an increase in sharp, stabbing pain in what I can only describe as my cervix (far up there... sorry TMI) and am wondering if that's him pressing on it more? I'm not concerned to want to call my doctor or anything, just wondering if this is something that comes with the territory?

    Yep. Last night she was moving around a ton and then it felt like she was trying to scratch her way through my cervix...ouch!!

    Ouch! But I know the feeling LO does it from time to time to. Though sorta glad to know im not alone on the term scratching. When I use it a lot of people look at me funny.

    I've noticed this as well. Especially if I walk a lot. I was at Walmart the other day and I had to stop and wait for it to stop.


    I have a Daughter born 2/26/2013. She is pretty much amazing!

    Glad to know I'm not alone- I told DH that it feels like LO has shoved his hands above his head and it trying to dig his way out...
