I am currently seeing Dr. Kahn in Dover. It is an all woman practice and all woman staff. My experience there so far has been a positive one. I am due April 2013 and have not had any issues yet. The other mothers I have met in the waiting room swear by her. I am new to DE and my general practitioner and his staff highly reccomended her office.
The other office I hear wonderful things about is Dedicated to Women in Dover. A few of my neighbors go there and love it. At the time they did not accept my insurance so I had to find an alternative which turned out just fine too.
I highly recommend Dedicated to women in Dover. I delivered at Kent. They were great before pregnancy, helped with fertility issues and then during delivery. It's a group of maybe7 doctors and a midwife. While I preferred some doctors over others, there wasn't one I didn't like and was fine with any of them being on call when I delivered.

Good luck.
