BRU registry- GRRR

Am I the only one that can't log into my BRU registry account?
I can't even view a registry.  I'm trying to check out my sister's registry.  I put in her info and it reloads the home page every time I hit enter, no registry.

Anyone else having trouble with their site today?

    I just looked up my own registry and didn't have a problem...

    Apparently the internet hates me today, my cousin accessed mine and my sister's with no problem.  Sigh.

    Registry issues in BRU Land today.  Clear cookies and cache, close browser completely, re-open, try again.  Should work.

    I had this problem the other day. I figured it meant I should stop registry stalking and come back later :) I tried multiple times before I gave up and then I just came back like 4 hours later and it was fine. And I checked mine just now and it was fine. Just give it time :)

    I can't do it in my phone but can on NY computer sometimes..its so annoying

    I've had the same problem trying to access it from my iPad.  So, I tried from my Mac and work PC and its fine.  I sent an email to customer service and am waiting to hear back.

    I was having issues on Saturday night. I could not get to any registries at all via the computer, but had no issue doing it via my kindle. Very odd. Maybe it's the browser ?

    Their site has been screwing up off and on over the last 2 weeks. Just tried it this morning and can't get in. It kicks me from the BRU registry login page to their Toyrus site. :(

    Seriously, guys.  Seriously.  Trust me on this one.  I work for BRU/TRU.  Clear your cookies and cache, close your browser completely, reopen and try again.

    You can also search for your registry as if you're someone else, and when you get to it there will be a link that says something like, "Sign into to registry!"  Just click that and put in your password.  That often works as well.  But I recommend clearing out your cookies and cache and closing/reopening your browser first.
