Lincoln didn't get any teeth till he was over a year. He has only gotten a new tooth every two months or so.
He has four top teeth in the front, two molars on top and the same two bottom teeth for 6 months.
Today he opened his mouth and he has one new molar on the bottom. That kid has the most random tooth situation going on!

DD is also a really random teether. Two teeth at six months old and then nothing until right before she turned 1, and four front ones popped through on top. Then another break, and now some random molars are popping through, one on top and one on the bottom. She def has had the jack o lantern thing going on as well!
Ha Ha! I hope you are able to get a good picture of it, because that would be one for the baby album for sure!
DD2 has had the 4 top and 4 bottom teeth foreverrrrr - Which means we should be entering teething hell in 5... 4.. 3...
