Calories.

If you keep track of what you eat... On average how many calories do you consume?

Is that your "dieting" numbers, no eating junk etc ?

Or is that just a normal amount for you?

  • I try to stay around 1500. That is my dieting number currently. I am not doing so great though.

  • I don't diet. I try to eat as clean and balanced as possible. I tracked what I ate for a few days a while ago just to see my intake and it was between 1200-1300. I don't eat junk, a lot of sugar, or drink pop.

  • I am hit or miss.  I try to track calories just to know and I'll be really good at it one week and then terrible the next.
