How's the patching going?

    Actually surprisingly well.  We have been putting the patch on right before supper and we distract her with food.  After 15 minute she doesn't remember that it is there.  By the time supper is through it is about time to take the patch off.  She also has to use  eye/hand coordination while eating to pick up and grab things I thought this would be a plus.  We also have a lot of antics at the supper table to amuse her.

    YAY!!! Sounds like you've guys got it figured out. Props to you for getting her to use her hand-eye coordination, too -- that'll really help! This totally brought a smile to my face. When do you guys have a follow-up with the ophthamologist?
