I did four hours worth of food prepping yesterday, I made 15 meals and 4 spaghetti meat sauces all in the freezer waiting for us. In the next week we will probably eat 1 of each kind of meal and save the others for after the baby arrives.
We have:
Spaghetti pepperoni pie
Pesto chicken tortellini bake
Ravioli bake
Chili
Mexican lasagna
Crockpot French dip sandwiches
Mac cheese with ham

If you gals were going to a restaurant I would've ordered margaritas with a floating tequila shot for your pal J&K. 'Ya know, like one for my homies? :P
I bought some of that new butter specifically for sauteeing. I am going to add vegetables and some star-shaped ravioli I found in the freezer from July (hangs head in shame.) To save money I won't add meat, which means DH won't eat it (he doesn't do pasta or cheese so ravioli is a fail.)
I might also roll out some of those Grands biscuits and fill them with buffalo chicken.
I also need to bring a friend a Mexican lasagna because she just had abother baby. I am over Mexican food right now though so I'm safe from eating it.

This is one thing that I should do, but don't - plan meals a week in advance. Tonight, we will have something with chicken. The rest of the week? Who knows.

You are awesome! Question: For casseroles, do you just use aluminum pans that can just go from the freezer to the oven and then cover them with aluminum foil?
Most of my freezing to date has been in storage bags, but I need to move beyond that. One of my goals before #2 is born is to stock the freezer. We were soooooo hungry after DD was born, there was never enough time to prep and cook a meal, and actually get to eat it.
Monday: leftovers from last night's Mexican surf and turf dinner thank you Pinterest
Tuesday: going to Chinatown so chinese I suppose
Wednesday: either jalapeno popper chicken or chicken cutlets
Thursday: leftivers for DH because I gave a girls night out
Friday: homemade pizza
Saturday: more Chinese due to a red egg and ginger celebration
Sunday: hopefully dinner at my mom's or gma's house
