    Mine were and I started using extra lotion on them both after my shower and at bedtime. It's helped alot and they aren't as chapped.

    Mine were real bad in the first tri too, I bought some cocoa butter, and thats helped a lot

    Thanks, glad its not just me. I shudder to think what they're going to feel like when I have someone drinking from them 24/7 :(

    Mine got that way as I neared third tri with this baby. Not necessarily chapped, but flaky - I use a lotion on them after my showers, it seems to help some.
