Sleepeasy MOTN waking WWYD?

Started sleepeasy about 2 weeks ago. DD was previously waking 3 to 4x a night.  She did great, going down to sleep by herself, and waking only once around 4:30 to eat, then back to sleep till about 6ish.  However over the past several nights 4 turned into 3, then 2, and now waking at 1 and 4.  I tried to let her CIO at 1, but that went on for 60 minutes and I needed mt sleep for work today.  WWYD?  I would LOVE for her to only wake once.  Thoughts?

  • Is she eating a full feeding at both times?  Could be a growth spurt..

  • I have no advice because my daughter goes through this cycle every 3-4 weeks.  I think it could be a growth spurt, but the time always gets earlier and earlier for a few days and then we are back to normal for a couple of weeks.  I don't change anything in what I do. I usually feed her if she wakes herself and cries for several minutes regardless of the time.

  • You might try doing a dream feed around 9:30 or 10:00 if you aren't already.

  • She is taking a full feeding each time.  Last night was better, and woke at 3:30 then 6 (which is normal wake up time during the week ) then actually fell back asleep for another hour.  I think maybe (hopefully) a growth spurt!  And I will try a DF tonight...didn't even think of that!  Thanks!

  • Just an update. DF did squat.  She actually woke at 11 then every 2 hours after. Sigh.
