Jcpenny shipping...?!?

I'm getting scared. I ordered something from JCP. I ordered Thursday, and its supposed to come within 4 to 7 business days. I'm obsessed with tracking my packages.. so I got my order email and noticed there was no tracking number. So I started googling how to track JCP package.
Apparently they don't provide tracking numbers.
And looking at several reviews, some of the orders have taken an eternity to arrive. Some people say there's never even came.
Has anyone had experience with JCP online?
Can you please make me feel better?

    I haven't ordered JCP, but do you mean 4-7 business days? Because I am going WTF at 47 business days- that is forever!

    Lol yes! 4 to 7. Mobile bump always removesmy symbols..and makes me combine two words at once...

    I ordered 2 weeks before Christmas and it came right on time. I did have a problem with them about 2 years ago. My package never came so I only did site to store for awhile. But this recent transaction was fine.

    *Sigh of relief*

    I called them, and they tracked it for me. She said the package is "on dock to be delivered, and it looks like it is scheduled to be picked up today, and once they do they will provide a tracking number." Then I asked her where it is, and it's only 1 state away! 

    So I should definitely be getting it soon...Big Smile

    I can't believe so many of you have had issues with JCP. They really need to do something about that!!!

    I've only ever ordered one item from JCP - our crib.  It arrived insanely quickly.  Like, I was shocked and had to go back to my order confirmation and make sure I hadn't accidentally paid for overnight shipping.

    I have ordered from them a good bit and I think it took two weeks at most for any of mine to get here usually around a week though.

    I have had things arrive both fast and slow.  I also received a newborn little girl dress instead of a pair of maternity jeans.  Maybe they were just thinking ahead, but didn't know it was going to be a boy?  I find them frustrating.  My mom has had a horrible time with them.
