My baby is 7 months old and I am still EBF. Since I'm BFing my boobs are DD's, they are typically small D's. I do core exercises about 4 days a week but it doesn't seem to help my posture. Does anyone have any advice?
man, i am the mother of all back pain! i had a spinal fusion in 2001, so i have suffered from pain for a long time. on top of that i have huge boobies. that got even bigger after having DD and now EBF. (they were H's before, i haven't had them measured since BFing)
there are some core exercises specifically for the back and abs that i had to do during physical therapy many times, you can use a hot pack, or a nice hot shower over the musicals. one thing i do know from the past years is that 'over' resting can make it worse. sometimes i would just lie in bed, and my orthopedic at the time had said that rest is good, but resting too much can be just as bad.
i have a personal ultrasound unit, a personal TENs unit, and a personal inferred machine. and use them when needed. you can look them up, and purchase them as a civilian without a prescription.
if it is really bad, or continuous, i would seek medical advice.
