I've had 1 successful vaginal delivery and 1 successful c/s. This baby is breech and I asked my OB about an external version if he doesn't turn on his own, just as an FYI, he said that it automatically disqualifies me for any type of version. Not sure for others, but just wanted to throw that out there.

Re: No external version for VBAC
GSx1 - 05/13/2013
GSx2 for T&B - EDD 6/21/2015 - They're having a GIRL!
I think this is probably OB specific. An OB I saw for VBAC consult told me that he did a version at 37 weeks on a patient who had 2 prior C-Sections. He told me he received a letter from his hospital letting him know he had engaged in a "controversial" procedure, but he was not concerned and felt the risks were no greater than a non VBAC candidate.
This patient did go on to have a successful VBA2C.
This. My first 2 were breech. ECV was always on the table. I was not told that I couldn't have it done.
