Where to live?

Hey ladies, I'm not so active on TB anymore, but am planning a very sudden move to the area, from the NY/NJ area. DH will be working in DC, and I am hoping to go to Towson for grad school.  So we need someplace in the middle to live and we know NOTHING about the area. We would rent for now, willing to do a newer townhouse, 3br. Looking for a good suburb with good schools. Any ideas where to look?

    H! Laurel, MD is a good halfway point and a nice area to live in. My husband works in DC and College Park (he rotates between them monthly) and I go to Anne Arundel Community College and it's a great location for both of us to get where we need to be. Laurel is part of 3 counties; Anne Arundel, Howard, and Prince George's.  Are you looking for houses or apartments? We currently live in a really nice, spacious apartment. I'd be happy to give suggestions! Good luck :)
