Hey, girl! Just checking in with you to see how your cycle is going. I understand if you're not up for posting a lot this time, but please do check in from time to time to let us know how everything is going for you. As promised, I am still here cheering you on!

Hey thanks for checking on me. I guess I am not as excited and haven't even been keeping up my blog (so not like me). I was disappointed at my u/s. she only measured the big ones and counted 6 ranging from 10-15. I feel like I have a lead follie again and it is throwing the cycle off. DH and I are discussing canceling ourselves if my numbers aren't better tomorrow. My E2 came back in the 900s so they didnt up my meds...I really don't know what to think other than we are not going to go into retrieval with even lower numbers than last time. Would love to hear your honest opinion. Truthfully, I haven't even compared my numbers yet. My head is so not in this.

Okay, since you asked, I went ahead and checked my numbers, and was surprisingly encouraged for you, depending on how long you have been stimming.

During my antagonist cycle (the one you did last time), I only had 7 eggs measuring 10-15 after 10 days of stims and my E2 was 1173, and after stimming 3 more days and triggering with 10 measuring 15-20.5mm, went on to get 12 mature eggs at ER.

My MDLF cycle, I had 13 measuring 10-15mm and E2 1785 after 9 days of stims (11 days of MDL), and only 11 measuring 15-19mm when I triggered 2 days later, and went on to get 20 mature eggs at ER!

I think the two things you need to consider is how far along in the stimming process you are, and if you have all the data, you should definitely compare your numbers to your previous cycle to see how you compare. That should give you a much better idea of how to proceed. Honestly, when I saw your report, I wasn't optimistic until I checked my numbers.

It seems like you are more in line with the results I had my first cycle, rather than my second, which is surprising. I was really hoping you'd have more follies this time, but it does look like you are on track to get at least as many as last time. The million dollar question is whether they will be better than the other ones, and that is something neither of us can answer.

Please compare the numbers to your last cycle and consider discussing your concerns with your RE before making any decisions, but at this point, based on what I know, I'm going to encourage you to keep going!

Girl, seriously you are the best. A few random thoughts/comments.

What is your first name? In my head I call you Naw!

looking back at my numbers it seems I had 1 way ahead at 15 and about 6 more in the 10-13 range, but she said I had over 10+ on each side.

The next scan my RE did and he wasn't as thorough...so I guess tomorrow will be interesting, I promise to update!

Thanks for the encouraging words and honesty, you are 100% right it is all about quality here for me.

Off to get some snuggle time with DH before early to bed bc early u/s!

I'm wiped from a long day (just got home from an 85th b-day dinner party where the ages ranged from 4 to 99...would have been 7.5 months to 99, because DD was invited, but goes to bed way too early), so this will be brief.
