i need some input ladies

in Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss
  currently i am 5weeks pregnant  ive already made my ob appointment set for when i am 10wks or before if something is wrong...i am 4 days late already took a2 home tests that showed a faint posiative on both i called a local center and had anther test done  there the test was timed for 3 mins and showed neg. but after 6 mins showed pos.  about a day after i should have started my cycle i stared haveing a burning feeling in that area(i have 3 kids already and have had no complications) and i sorta have this instinct something is going wrong i can wait till monday to make a call to the ob or go to the er.  i am not spotting and i relise each pregnancy is diffrent but i just have this feeling    there is no uti  its about like when your on your cycle that burning but not as intence or discomforting

    is the burning feeling normal or or a concern and needs adressed i know some things are normal but ive never had this burning feeling where normally period cramps are
