?? about leg cramps

Ok so my last pregnancy I got the leg cramps in the middle of the night. Didn't happen to 3rd trimester though. This pregnancy it has already happened about 2-3 nights. 2 nights ago I got a really bad one that now even 2 days later is still making it hurt to walk. 

Have any of you other ladies had the pain last that long?

    Unfortunately my next appt isn't until valentines day. I thought I was drinking enough but today I'm drinking more than normal to see if thats whats causing it. I'm also going to pick up some bananas to see if I need more potassium. 

    Normally I can get mine to stop cramping at night with some flexing but this time around apparently it wants to be stubborn.
