Does anyone use Clearblue Fertility Monitor?

I'm just curious if anyone uses the fertility monitor? Last month I charted and used OPKs. I plan to continue to chart, but the OPKs kind of stressed me out. I was so afraid I would miss the surge or it would be too late once it showed up that I tested about (atleast) 4 times a day.

Do you think the fertility monitor is worth it just for the peace of mind that you only have to test once a day, and has less of a chance of human error?

    I've been wondering the same thing. DH wants me to get one but I don't know if I can justify spending that much money on one cause they are pricey!
    BFP #1 7/23/12: EDD 4/1/13.  MMC discovered on 9/4/12 @ 10w1d
    BFP# 2 3/9/13:  EDD 11/12/13 m/c 3/15/13 @ 5w3d
    RPL testing shows one copy of MTHFR gene mutation. 
     BFP#3 12/24/13: EDD 9/5/14 Beta #1 13 DPO 168! Beta #2 16 DPO 895!
     First US 1/9/14 @ 5w6d Strong HB!
    2nd US 1/23/14 @ 7w6d baby is still doing great! 3rd US 1/31/14  9w0d: Beautiful wiggly baby! Keep growing baby!
    3/17/14 US @ 15w3d:Its a BOY!

    I'm in the same boat. A gf of mine recommended using both...like if I'm unsure to use the CBFM. I'm still trying to decide :0) GL to you.

    I have in the past (and actually will be using it again for the next 2-3 cycles).  I got it because I was having a really hard time with OPK's and when to test/when they were positive. 

    In all honestly, it made my life a ton easier, especially there at first when I didn't know what I was doing. You are right though that it is pricey-and those sticks are not cheap either!  I now have the hang of OPKs but plan to use my monitor since my work schedule for the next 3 months is going to make testing during the day pretty difficult.  Plus it will just be more convenient for me to test one time in the morning. 

    BFP #1:  8/10/11 EDD: 4/9/12 Natural miscarriage @ 7 weeks: 8/20/11
    BFP #2: 8/31/12 EDD: 5/18/13 Chemical pregnancy: 9/4/12
    BFP #3:  5/17/13  EDD: 1/24/14 Loss at 5 weeks: 5/29/13

    Lots of testing, all clear with the exception of compound heterozygous for the MTHFR mutation. 

    Cycle 1: Femara, trigger shot, Bravelle added due to slow response = BFN
    Cycle 2: Cancelled due to two cysts =(
    Cycle 3: Femara, Bravelle, trigger shot and IUI = BFP then loss #3
    Cycle 4: Femara, Follistim, trigger shot and IUI = BFP!  EDD: 6/7/14

    Thanks for everyones input. I get so anxious around cd10 so anything that could help me with that would be perfect. It's a big expense, but DH said I could get it if it would ease my mind a little. I've been reading online all morning how it works, and it seems like they're worth it.

    I'm a little late to the thread... But, I use it and love it.  I never could get a positive on an OPK.  I used the CBEFM and got pregnant the first month with it with DD, and the first month of using it this past time (thought obviously that pregnancy didn't last).  Obviously my luck with it doesn't mean it works for everyone, but I found it to be much easier and it gave me peace of mind.  As soon as I get AF, I'll be cranking it up again.  GL to you!

    BFP#2 11/20/12, EDD 7/30/13 ~ heard heartbeat at 6w2d ~ mmc discovered at 8w
    1st medicated cycle ~ 6/11/13 ~ Clomid ~ BFN
    2nd medicated cycle ~ 7/12/13 ~ Clomid and trigger shot ~ BFN
    SHG on 8/13/13 ~ uterus looked good!
    Diagnosed with DOR on 8/16/13 ~ AMH 0.27 ~ repeat AMH 0.19
    3rd medicated cycle ~ 8/9/13 ~ Femara and trigger shot ~ BFN

    I've used it in the past, and will start using it again this cycle.  I've never gotten pregnant using it, but I have other issues.  It works well though.  I confirm peak days with opks, and it has always been spot on.

    TTC started Oct '10
    Me: AMA w/RSD, atypical PCOS w/IR, LPD and High Prolactin. Controlled HP post-loss.
    DH: Low-T and borderline morph
    18 cycles, 3 medicated w/RE to get to a BFP!
    EDD 9/7/12, Saw HB @7w3d,missed m/c 1/30 @8w3d, d&c 2/8
    11 AL cycles, 9 medicated/IUI cycles. All BFFN!
    Moving forward with IVF
    BFP#2 our little cycle break surprise on AL cycle 12! EDD 10/27/13
    Beta #1: 41 Beta #2: 398; perfect u/s 3/11 hb @133bpm
    u/s 3/25 one perfect hb @183 bpm, adjusted EDD 10/23/13
    MaterniT21 and carrier screens normal. It's a girl!!!
    Severe Pre-E, HFpEF, PE, AMA & IF= OAD
