high bp remedies

so I was told at 34 weeks to take fenugreek to lower blood pressure if it is high?   Has anyone else been told this.  Fenugreek help milk production forBF moms.  It is supposed to lower glucose, cholesterol, and lower blood pressure.  Let me know if you heard of this or know anyone to try this.

    I have heard of it for milk production, but not BP...

    Would love to know that, because I have higher bps and on labetalol & would like to breastfeed after. But I wonder if that's a good idea now to do?

    Don't know about for BP was told that it wasn't good for blood sugar. Was told it helps milk production.

    Yes I am on labetalol also would love to have a natural remedy.

    My hospital discharged me with labetalol and I was told that it's ok for breastfeeding.
