Anyone else's LO hate the nursing cover? DS started to fuss and cry and even refuse to eat while under it at Christmas. I thought it was because we were away and using it almost every feed, but he still does it now when we are out and he needs to eat.

I usually try and let him peek out the sides which helps but I think as he gets older and more distracted I may have to lose it and go coverless.

    Kaley did too until we got the bebe au lait. I can bend the top away from her and she's good. Then she can see me and she's happy.

    I don't know if LO hates it, but I sure do! This is my second child, and I still can't quite get it. It always seems awkward and cumbersome, and I usually end up just turning away into a corner and hiding my boob the best I can with my long, thick hair. If anything, I think LO gets annoying that I'm fumbling around, trying to make it work.

    We have the bebe au lait and my LO hates it. I drape a blanket over that side to cover up the top and her head does a decent job of hiding the rest... If someone is going to stare, they'll probably see something, but I try to find a somewhat discreet place to do it if I'm at the mall or elsewhere.
    Truly I figure that if it would be ok for me to feed her with a bottle, it should be ok to feed her with my breast.

    This!! I hate the cover. I would rather use a blanket or (gasp!) nothing at all.

    E quit tolerating the cover at 4mos old so I just wore my undercover mama tanks and an easily maneuverable shirt and quit using the stupid cover. Z is 3mos today and I can definitely see us moving in that direction again.
