I don't know if you remember me asking about gallbladders or not but I ended up getting some tests done last week.
I got the results from my blood work back yesterday and it was completely, perfectly normal. Today though I got the results from the gallbladder u/s and they weren't so normal. I had figured they'd find gallstones or something because of all the issues I've been having but no... I have some scaring on my gallbladder and a lesion on my liver. My dr said that odds are it's just a benign cyst but I'm being sent in for a MRI tomorrow morning so we can find out what it is.
Honestly, I know it's probably nothing but I am scared. There is always that "what if...?" and ugh, I just don't know what I would do if it was something more than benign. Jilly's post seems weirdly timed now ...
Anyway, if you could send some t&p, good vibes, positive thoughts or whatever else my way I'd really appreciate it.
Re: T&Ps request
BFP #2 5/27/12. EDD 2/1/13. m/c and D&C 6/21/12.
All of this.
Lots of T&P's headed your way. Medical stuff can be scary. I like to think that alot of it is becuase we have such better diagnostic equipment now we catch things that we wouldn't have 10 years ago-things that normally resolve themselves. Good Luck!
T&P.
U/s are so vague still, hopefully the MRI goes well. At least the bloodwork was normal - they would have seen right away if your liver wasn't functioning correctly.
Yes yes yes!! All of this too! It could very well turn out that you were born with that spot on your liver. Good thoughts coming your way that everything is ok.
T+P coming to you...
Sorry about my post
I hope everything turns out good

I'm sure everything will turn out fine. It's natural to be worried but soon you'll be on the other side of this realizing you stressed for nothing. It's tough so hang in there.
Thinking of you and hope that everything is ok.
FWIW, I had a kidney ultrasound a few years ago and while my kidneys were fine, they saw a "spot" on my liver. I also had an MRI and it turned out to be a liver hemangioma, basically a benign tumor. Doctor said I was likely born with it and it was nothing to worry about. I did go off BC pills after that though, because hormones are thought to have a negative effect. I also went for periodic monitoring to make sure that it wasn't getting any larger. But I'm fine!
