I'm on day one and I'm having SO many accidents! I'm able to get her to the toilet to finish up most times, but holy hell, I just keep telling myself it'll be worth it by the end of the weekend!!!!
Thank you!! I'm at the point where I don't know HOW things are going to get better. She's just content to make a mess. But something will click and it'll be worth it. I hope!! I'll let you know how it goes. I think I've been thru 10 pair of underwear already...

normal, normal, normal! It will click for her and might just take a few days. I planned for four days with Sydney but we were good to go after three. It will all be worth it
Good luck Rags too! Can't wait to hear how it goes.
Here's where I'm at on Day 4: Day 1 and Day 2 were all accidents. If she went in the potty, it was because she was carried in and placed on there. I was very patient though, even on Day 2 when I thought I'd see some improvement. Day 3 morning she asked to go potty twice and no accidents. Turned the corner! Two hours later, an accident and then one before nap (including a poo). And I'm watching her and her cues too, she just wouldn't tell me she had to go. Day 3 we were 50/50 potty vs. accidents. I was ready to give up, thinking she's just not ready, but I had already invested so much time so far that I would only have to do it all over again. I was extremely torn but decided to stick with it. Accident overnight. Ugh. This morning asked to potty, which she did but it takes her three separate attempts to go but at least she's asking. I'm off today but tomorrow she's back in daycare so I feel it's do-or-die time. I've never felt so much pressure before. I really want this to work but it's taking longer than I had anticipated. I'm really hoping for a good day today.
It did say that some kids can take up to a week sounds like she is on the right track! You could always try pullups?
Oh cripes I hope I get her trained within a week at this point - I may have the most stubborn child on the planet!! I've come too far to quit now so here's hoping I catch a lucky break...
