birthday party help! Party games/activites?

I need ideas! were having ds's 2nd birthday. There will be 9  under 5 year kids and 3 older girls (7&8). It is a mickey theme. the weather will be nice but it will be at 4pm so we'll have limited daylight.  I ned activities!  I have a small bouncey house but all the kids cant be in there at once.  I was thinking cookie decorating but the young ones could get reaaaally messy.  I was thinking really easy young games like musical chairs and pin the ears on Ryan (big blown up pic).  I don't know what to do. I don't want the older kids bored but I want it to be kid friendly. 

any suggestions? my mom keeps suggesting a mousketool treasure hunt thing but I think that's over there head and I have no idea what they could search for and what would be missing? I don't know...Im open to that idea but I think it needs to be really easy. 

 help please!!

    A pinata? Maybe look into a bounce house and a spot light for outside? We just had DDs 2cnd bday at a bounce house venue and it was a HUGE hit. I live in SC now and it was almost 70 that day- def. could have gotten away with an outdoor one so Im sure you could too. Maybe like a treasure hunt but put little prizes in an easter egg type thing so theyre all looking for the same thing. They could make mouse ears.

    I bought the older kids at DS's party a themed craft kid that they could sit and do independently.

    The younger kids just played with LO's toys.
