Stupid penny pinching

Head office has been messing with our phone line sand it's become near impossible to just place a phone call. It's ridiculous. You pick up the phone, dial your number, and then you're put on hold until a line frees up. I've been on hold for nearly 10 minutes trying to call a client. Thank goodness I don't have to call 911!

Of for crying out loud-of all the ways to cut back! Did they sign up for Vonage or something? LOL!

Sounds like it will cost them more in the end by having employees sitting around waiting for the call to go though.

I know!

The most irritating part is that IT is based out of head office, and anything that goes on outside of head office just seems that much less important to them.

That's what I was thinking! Talk about a loss of productivity, just hanging around waiting for your call to go through.

Oh well, more time for Mama Ha to focus on bumping
