We have this Thai/Mex fusion place here that makes amazing pad thai with panang curry sauce and top it with a cheap ton of cilantro and it is just incredible. Cilantro is awesome.
I WISH I could love it. I do. But unfortunately, I have been gentically prgorammed this way :-(
I am half Indonesian and DH is half Mexican, so I am around a LOT of food with Cilantro (Indonesian food is similar to Thai, if you haven't had it). So everything holiday, family get together, birthday celebration, I am the one who is trying to pick out the soapy Cilantro.
Way to make me feel bad because I have a genetic defect.
Thanks guise.
Really not at all? Like, what if you made a cilantro pesto so you've got olive oil, and maybe walnuts and cojita cheese or something? I believe I've done this as a sauce for a pizza with shrimp and it really was delicious.

Cilantro pesto would be great if you replace the cilantro with basil, or basically anything else.

This. Take the cilantro out and it would be great.

That sounds delicious!! I, too, have a fondness toward cilantro. Haters can suck it.

It's a delicious herb.
Yum yum cilantro!!
I especially love it in pico de gallo and Mexican food. So tasty!

A sauce of cilantro does not sound good.
Dude, unless it's pureed in a bunch of other shiiit, I can't farking stand it. And I am a Tex-Mex food hor.
I swear, it's like the Ranch Dip of the 2000's. It's everywhere.
I actually like to think it's another thing to blame my mother for!
DH has convinced me to grow cilantro in the garden this year.
Not that he had to work hard to convince me.
Cilantro is the best. ::clap clap::
Better than all the rest. ::clap clap::
No doubt about it. I'm gonna shout it.
CILANTRO IS THE BEST! ::clap clap::
