Babies: 6 - 9 Months

Gymboree?

Okay so I was looking into taking my little guy to a gymboree class since you can attend a free class and we have some sort of promotion for it, which is on the website too.  I just read through their website and I'm still confused by it.  Do you just pay for each class if you want to return to one, or do you pay monthly?  I kept seeing $59 a month but that's ridiculous to me.  I don't want to sign up to pay that monthly fee, isn't it possible to just take him every few months?  Can you pay per class or how does it work?

Thanks for any help!

Re: Gymboree?

  • It is monthly.  You can't pay per class.

We took our first LO when she was younger (she is now almost 3).  Honestly, I would recommend you go to the free class once your son is walking.  It is better for walkers.

  • $59 is CRAZY in my opinion.  I would search and see if your local library has any baby classes!  The libraries in our area have a class for babies under 2 where you play with tambourines, scarves, music, and dance.  They also get read a book at the end of the class.  It is pretty awesome....and it is FREE!  Then once they get too old for this class, there is another for 2-4 that is story time and also music and dance.
