I went with the cheap BRU house brand ones. The first ones I bought had the plasticy waterproof part on the bottom and it got shredded in the washer. The second kind I bought, the plasticy part was in between two pieces of fabric and they held up just fine.
I think the one we use is a Sealy. Bought it on amazon and it was around 10 bucks. It looks like a normal adult sided mattress pad but it claimed to be waterproof.
We have one from Target (Circo brand I think). I like it because it is 100% cotton yet also waterproof. It's also very thin and fits super tight to the mattress so next extra pouf like a lot of them I saw when looking.
Re: Recommend your mattress pad
We got this one because it was organic and we have an organic mattress.
