Hello Everyone

My name is Helen and my husband and I just found out we're pregnant.  I'm 4 weeks.  We did the home pregnancy tests on Monday and have an appointment with our family doctor tomorrow.  We got married in June and this is our first baby.  I'm super excited!  We'd been trying since September.  I watched my cervical fluid in November and December but I wasn't taking my temperature.
