2 kids and no DH

DH went out of town today and will probably return Saturday evening though if we're lucky, late tomorrow.  So....I have a 6 year old DS and DD to myself! There's no school so it should be interesting.  DS had me teach him to use the dyson and its attachments this evening.  I think I may teach him to clean the bathrooms tomorrow if he's game! ;) I need to take full advantage of this attitude!  I'm amazed how much I've already accomplished since DH is gone. If only I could be this motivated when he's home.

    I'm exactly the same way when DH is gone. When it was just DS1, I used to get tons of stuff done. Now that I have 2u2 though, all of my motivation turns into very little progress...

    I wish I could be that productive but then again my oldest is 2 so she can only be so helpful.

    Currently going through our second deployment. Can't wait for Zoe to meet her daddy!

    This was us earlier this week except DS is 8 and DD was being a terror. DS had to make himself PBJ for dinner one of the nights. I felt terrible. Sometimes I'm really grateful he's big enough to do stuff like that!

    This! I don't know what I'd do without a somewhat self sufficient older sibling! He's so helpful with DD and he can make himself a small variety of food so I don't always have to get up and feed him.
