Nursery Help - Pink and Grey Elephants

Pink and grey elephants. So simple and cute, right? You would think that there would be nursery sets all over the Internet. But there isn't much. I found a really cute pink and taupe elephant set and PBK has a grey and white set. But not so much pink and grey. I am not very creative so I am scared to try to put a room together from lots of different sources. My big fear is that the pieces won't go and it will look thrown together. The other complication is that we love in an apartment where we can't paint so the walls are white. We will only be here for the first year. I am also stuck on wite furniture for girls and so I feel like the decorations need to have some color. Help!

I'm not very crafty either.. but i bet it will look great no matter what. Have you looked for ideas on pinterest? i love pinterest.

I have, but still not much. I am not actually on Pintrest, but when you Google a Pinterest page always pops up.

Different shades of pink and grey would look great. It would break it up a bit. Last week, when everyone was posting nursery ideas, there was a choice of two pink and grey sets. The first would be perfect for you. You could then find pink, grey, and black elephant accents. Etsy might have wall decals. I'll edit and add a link to that thread from last week.

I know you say you're not crafty but I bet you could put together an 'a la carte' type nursery. I'd do a combination of pink, grey, white bedding (solid or simple pattern). You could probably find simple, white elephant statues a variety of stores (hobby lobby, world market, etc)...leave them white or paint them.

eek you have officially made me fall in love with this theme! I am going to try to do the same one! My mom loved elephants so definitely now want to incorporate it into the nursery. I can use some of her elephant statues from her collection! thanks for such an amazingly awesome nursery theme!

Pottery Barn Kids has really cute pink and gray elephant things -- check them out. It's a soft pink, so I don't know if that is what you are looking for. Also, I saw some on Overstock.com as well. Good luck!
