Is this real?

Hello everyone...

I feel the need to tell people but it's way too soon so thought about sharing it on here would help relieve the nerves.
Having a history with irregular periods in the past I didn't think too much until we started to have unprotected intercourse. Being late this month I started to question things so I went out and bought a pregnancy test. Took it in the morning to find that as soon as I peed on it it read "positive". I didn't believe it so that night I bought another brand and did it again...and again "positive".  I wanted to confirm things so I went to a walk in clinic this morning to get some blood work done. Results come in tomorrow. The doc told me that there's no doubt that I am pregnant. 

This week I felt little cramps like the start of a period about to happen....last night had a rough night sleep....and I'm feeling tired (but just thought I wasn't getting enough sleep). 

I just wanted to share...as the thought still hasn't hit me

 Year ago ... the thought of being pregnant brought tears of joy ...and excitment
Now it's almost like..."is this really happening...to me?"
