I have to say, I'm pretty psyched about my numbers this week! I had a lot of social stuff this weekend, I got my period and I had mastitis! So not a lot of movement and extra eating. I really tried to be good when hanging with friends and super good Monday-Wednesday, so it looks like it worked!!! Good luck to everyone!
How did it go this week??? GREAT!!! I seemed to have gotten over a treadmill hurdle and have ran over 11 miles on it in the past 2 days. I did have 2 brownies last night, ice cream and a glass of wine though.

Ultimate goal: 145, would be happy with 150. Either was hard to maintain back when I got married. I worked out like a feen, but didn't have kids to worry about.
I will not be participating this week.... I am at the beach, and even if I did have a scale here (which I do not, thankfully) I would die before getting on it. /
I am having a really hard time getting the weight I lose by Thursday to show up on the scale at WW when I weigh in at meetings. I know part of it is that I have to wear clothes when I weigh in at WW but I think I get a little cocky and use more of my extra points and don't exercise during the last few days of the week. I'm hoping that since my birthday is over and so are all the weddings we've been going to, that I will be more successful this weekend.
Another great week for me. Did super good about limiting processed foods, had tons of smoothies, fruits, veggies and lean proteins. Still 100% motivated.
Hopefully it's ok that I lurked on this board and just so happened to see this post...I've been doing WW on my own since October. I lost a little motivation over the holidays and even though I check in with a friend once a week maybe it will help having another step of accountability!!

Thanks for sharing...this is a huge motivation for me! I'm about the same height, my highest weight was 230 while pg, but that came off pretty quickly and I was back down to around 210 but was stuck there. I am so motivated by your loss because sometimes it seems like getting down to 165 will be impossible! But you give me hope! This is what this post is all about, thanks!

Same as last week, still holding onto water and the scale isn't moving. Again typical for me especially when I work out, my muscles think they need the water to repair so I just hold water. It is probably going to take another couple of weeks for my body to adjust. It just frustrates me to know I am eating very balanced good meals and snacks and working out and the scale just won't budge. But I refuse to give up this time, I am just going to keep doing what I am doing and eventually the scale will have to move in the right direction.

The day I went in to have DS1 I weighed 276 lbs. Can you imagine?!?! I don't even remember what that felt like. I know I was miserable, but I'm glad I've forgotten what it felt like day-to-day. I weighed 260 lbs on the day that I had DS2. I got down to 238 before I started a serious mission to lose weight. That's what I consider my starting point. It took me 14 months to lose the weight. I know it seems like a long time, but that time is going to pass anyways, so why not actually do something with myself? Good luck. I'm glad these posts are up now. I'm working on 10 weeks to 145 lbs. Should be tough, but I know it'll be worth it.

This steady weight loss for me is typically unusual for me. It has taken me forever in the past to take off weight. Like I'm talking about 12 pounds every two weeks . I'm eating meats, fruits, veggies, cheese and nuts and I think it's what's making the difference. I'm also sticking to exercising 45 times a week.

I'm about the same height, my highest weight was 230 while pg, but that came off pretty quickly and I was back down to around 210 but was stuck there.
