Mobile Bumpers: DD1 felt the baby kick!

I've been trying to get her to feel kicks for about a month now, but she has the patience of, well, a 3-year old - lol

This morning, when she came into my room for morning snuggles, the baby was SUPER active, so I laid her hand on my belly and within one second baby kicked really hard. I asked her if she felt that and she started giggling. 

I know we don't keep very many memories from such a young age, but I hope her brother kicking her hand is one thing she remembers forever <3

Funny side note: The French word for "feeling" is the same as for "smelling". I realized DD1 couldn't tell the difference between the two meanings when I asked her if she could "feel" the baby and she started sniffing my belly. lol.

    so cute!!  and very funny...sniffing :) 

    DD lays on me a lot lately and the baby goes nuts.  Hannah will sit up, pull my shirt up and say baby and point to my belly.  Very cute.  I'm sure she will react differently once he's here

    Funny Side Note:  I remember DH being very annoyed because Joey would move all over but curl up in a ball the minute DH entered the room or spoke.  The cat felt him move before DH.  Cat sat on my stomach and Joey has having no part of it and kicked him square in the @ss.  The look on the cat's face was priceless :) 

    LOL - DD2 was sitting against my bump this morning and the baby was going WILD in there. What did little miss think of it? Nothing. Baby girl was completely oblivious to it all. Pfffft! She doesn't know what she's missing!
