Yep, I'm having one. Forgot to take dd's bottles out of the fridge and take them to daycare this morning. No one noticed until 2.5 hours later when DH asked if I saw something he left for me in the fridge and it dawned on me that in my rush to get out of the house this morning I totally forgot to grab the bottles. Daycare called at that exact moment saying she had woken up and was about ready to eat. DH went home to get the bottles because he works closer and I had to go to court (work). She was fine, but I felt horrible about it all day. DD has only been at this daycare 1.5 weeks and the old daycare made her formula there with bottles we left for the week, so I'm not in the habit of grabbing the prepared ones out of the fridge yet. This was the 2nd time I forgot them, but the first time we noticed right away so It wasn't a big deal. I'm sure her teacher thinks I'm a total ditz.

 Then this evening, daycare had fed her at 5:30  and she was acting tired so I tried to feed her a couple more oz when we got home (her bed time bottle is bigger than the others) and get her ready for bed, but she isn't having it. I'm worried that she is going to be hungry again soon but like the genius I am, I put all her bottles in the dish washer. Ugh, just feeling like a crappy mom today. :( And now I'm bumping while DD sits in my lap chewing on my fingers. So I'm sure some uppity b. here will come along to tell me I'm right. :-/

    After 2 weeks of daycare we went and bought a ton of bottles so that we could wash them and have others to fill each night. DD uses the 4oz bottles and I have to send 6 to daycare, and we have 18, it was totally worth the cost to make my life easier.

    Don't be hard on yourself.  We all have those days.  Our nanny was sick today so I had to stay home with DD but I had to get some work done so I put her on her tummy on her playmat to respond to some emails.  After 5 minutes I went to check on her and she had spit up and did a face plant in the spit-up.  I am sure she was sitting there in her own spit-up for a few minutes. Not my best mom moment.

    Oh honey, if that is the worst thing you've done, you're in good shape!

    I fed the same baby twice in the hospital. Didnt figure it out until James barfed all over the bed Rosie wouldn't stop crying.

    Daycare had formula and bottles, it was all okay : You're doing just fine!
