The Fatigue is Unreal

I seriously feel like I have narcolepsy. I'm at my desk and cannot keep my eyes open. If it wasn't freezing outside I would seriously go take a nap in my car. I'm that desperate to lay down right now. On top of that I'm dizzy too. This is a lovely combination.

    I feel exactly the same! I feel drugged. I wish so badly that is was late spring so I could go nap in my car.
    DH and I are both 25

    Definitely hit by the sleepy truck! DD and I just took a 2 hour nap and I'm still tired!

    While nothing can take the place of a quickie in the car, try standing up and hanging your head between your legs and taking twenty deep breaths. (Bending at the waist, arms dangling or you can grasp opposite arm to opposite elbow.) This will encourage extra blood flow to the face and brain and give you a boost.

    I am exhausted too. I don't remember feeling like this with either of my other kiddos. That with this horrible nausea is seriously making me the least productive and laziest momma ever!! I have been on the couch for the last 6 hours!!

    I feel your pain, i'm exhausted all day and I get plenty of sleep. Just have comfort in knowing this stage will not last long and we have to power through it.

    I have found doing cardio in the AM keeps me more awake and I don't have the 2:00 shut down. Just a thought :)
