  One online company I order from all the time has an excellent used diaper section from their test drive program, so I order from them. I also belong to a couple local online B/S/T groups on FB.

  I second Diaperswappers.  I've also found good second hand deals at my local cloth diaper store.  I got 6 Lil Joeys for $5 each and they looked brand new.

  What kind are you looking for?  I have some BumGenius 4.0s to get rid of. Only used once.

  I think what your referring to is the requirements to become a fsot dealer, this is just to be able to sell diapers you do not need this to be able to buy them. Like others have said, make an account go to the other forums and post 6 times so that you'll be able to PM then head over to the market place and start making offers.
