    There is a Carter's at Rockvale Outlet in Lancaster, however I believe my mom gets her coupons via email.  How she signed up, I have no idea but maybe their website?  They usually have great prices and lots of cleareance racks that are hit or miss.  I do a lot of my shopping for Natalie there.

    Usually they put a coupon in your bag...the one I got on Wednesday doesn't start until after Christmas.

    Not sure where you are, but there is also one in the Hershey outlets (right by the park).  As pp said, they usually give coupons when you make a purchase, but I also get them in the mail - I signed up on their website.

    Hershey Outlets and Gettysburg Outlets. I hit them each. I prefer the layout of the Gettysburg outlets (long strip, stores on each side) rather than Hershey (big box, so hard to make a whole lap around with a baby who hates being confined in a stroller).

    You can sign up in the store for coupons but probably online too. And sign up for OshGosh too - they're the same company, so they both do coupons.

    Someone was asking about Adam's clothes since he's always so well-dressed in cute clothes. DH said that he was sponsored by Carter's...
