Babies: 9 - 12 Months

could you see the top teeth coming in?

If so, for how long could you see them before they broke through?  DS is SUPER fussy with teething signs, and I thought that he would cut his other bottom incisor first, (he has the one on the left, along with his two center bottom teeth) but there's no sign of it.  I'm wondering if it's going to be something on the top.  His gums look a little red, maybe swollen, but hard to tell since he won't let me go near his upper gum to check.

  • I could only see evidence when she was very upset and screaming with her mouth wide open.  Otherwise she would not let me check.

  • One of his top front teeth broke through about 5 days ago and the other should be any time now. You can see the full outline of the tooth on the front of his gums. Its like you can see the actual tooth there so it looks different that when the ones on bottom just get swollen on the tops.
