  I don't know about a Dodge Journey, but I had a GMC Envoy and had exactly that in my back seat.  It was tight but fit.

  I had a dodge journey without the 3rd row and I don't think it would fit. My husband and I just sold the journey a week ago and upgraded to a mazda cx-9 and it's much bigger on the inside middle row, plus it comes standard with third row seating.

  my question is...... could we fit a kid's backless booster,  an preschooler's convertible (5-point harness to full back booster) AND an infant seat in the one row?

   

   

  hello, stupidest question EVER.... one kid is going be just about ELEVEN by the time any of this is a concern, so yea, she probably won't be in a booster seat.
