Baby is refusing right breast ?

My milk just came in yesterday and it seems that since it did DD is refusing my right breast. I keep offering that one first but she won't latch and gets so frustrated it just breaks my heart and I give her the other one. She is three days old and has been doing great with nursing otherwise. Anyone have any suggestions or know why she may be having so much trouble?

    Hey, 

     I had the same problem! If you have a pump, pump the right breast just to soften up the nipple, sometimes your breast are too engorged for the baby to latch. Then she should take it. Also, I used a rag soaked in warm water first on my breast, that seems to help. It was really frustrating to me too because my baby would almost latch and then refuse. I started crying and my husband told me to offer the other breast and he latched. I talked to my mom who is a lactation consultant and that is what she suggested. Good Luck!!!!
