It's just been the past couple days, but wow are they getting bad. I'm drinking as much water as I can, trying to keep up with my walking, and trying to reduce sodium.... Any other advice?

I had the same problem for a couple of days last week. I'm 30 weeks btw if that matters at all. I would prop my feet, drown myself with water, lay on my left side, nothing helped. Then I had a day off...I sit down all day at work... and I was able to go for about a 30 minute walk in both the morning and evening, coupled with house cleaning, cooking, etc. Apparently the magic bullet for me is just staying on my feet and being active. Maybe try to walk a little more? Propping your feet and relaxing doesn't work for everyone unfortunately.
Reposting my reply to another post this week about swelling:
Drinking water, elevating feet, and watching salt are all good. I did all of these and still had swelling just in my feet and ankles. I bought a couple pair of compression socks and the effect was amazing. I could make out my ankles again! They have them at Walmart for 10 bucks, I used Dr Scholls compression socks, they look like dress trouser socks and go up to your kneecap.
I'd recommend trying those first before going the full pantyhose route. They are comfy and easy to wear all day, you'll forget you have them on!
Try elevating your feet above the level of your heart for 20-30 minutes when you're at home. I put my feet up on my headboard while laying in bed. It helps.

I just started noticing my feet swelling late last week.
I have started sleeping with 2 pillows to elevate my feet. I wake up and I can see my ankle bones again. After a day of work, they are gone again. I try to elevate my feet as much as possible, drink water, and I am going to look for looser shoes.

The compression socks might be an option!
