Temper tantrums already?!?!

My LO is almost 7 months and for about the last week she is like a constant temper tantrums.  Just cranky and angrily wining. I try everything to stop it, new toys, playing, walking around.  

On top of that think she is teething again, hae has bottom two but she extra tired, chewing on things like crazy. I know that it can be a good party of crankyness but  omg. It's not stop and I try to let it go and get what I have to get done but its so hard and she seems so miserable.

im not sure what ima asking for here.. Advice or just venting. :(

    In my dd I see it more as separation anxiety. When she sees mom she wants to be w mom. I don't mind normally bc I just sling her and bring her w me when I'm doing chores. She loves it when I wear her when I do the dishes for some reason!

    I would beat it's from teething. My happy babies would always turn to little whiney messes when teething. DS3 is getting 4 top teeth plus he's sick so it's just been a huge whinefest around here especially since ds1 had surgery to remove his tonsils last week. If I think the boys are in pain from teething I give motrin or tylenol
