Does anyone have a good recommendation for a gym chain with childcare that they like?  I realize everyone lives in different places so that's why I am thinking if you like your gym and it's a chain that we would have in southwest Florida, then please recommend it! :)  I used to belong to LA Fitness but I am looking for something a bit cheaper than the $38 a month I was paying for just me.  Any suggestions?

    You could look into Gold's Gym or Bally's...however I think they're an extension of LA fitness, not sure on price but heard it's a decent facility.
    My brother goes to planet fitness, he said he joined for 100 a year. Unsure if they have kid care though. Maybe there are local gyms in your area? I live in s.fl as well but east coast. GL

    Before baby, we went to LA Fitness.  The DC there was right by the front door and didn't look to be very secure.  Sometimes you'd see kids walk out of the DC into the gym. I wouldn't leave my child there.

    This past weekend, we checked out our local community center. They had a DC there and it looked ok, but there were only 2 high school girls working and about 20 kids there.  DH and I discussed that when LO got older we would leave him there, but not right now.

    My sister goes to Lifetime Fitness.  She LOVES the DC there and she's actually had the DC staff watch her children outside of there.
