  • MH is gone tonight and tomororw (job interview in the new city, eek!) so I'm having one of my favorite dishes that he doesn't like -- scallops!

    M: Seared scallops with saffron sauce

    T: Scallops again!

    W: Poblano burgers with avacado sauce

    R: Leftover burgers

    F: Cilantro lime chicken enchiladas with avacode sauce

    Sa: MH's fancy holiday work party (date night!)

    Su: Leftover enchiladas

  • Monday: BBQ skillet pork chops, broccoli, and cous cous

    Tuesday: Salsa Chicken with rice and beans

    Wednesday: Beef Brisket with fingerling potatos and squash

    Thursday: leftovers

    Friday: Apricot Honey Chicken, salad and some kind of starch

    Saturday: pasta

  • Need to clean out my freezer!  I'm trying to only eat things that we already have in stock.

  • I probably have some repeats from last week because I got lazy and we went out a couple times.

    M- Stroganoff sp?

    T- Oatmeal Pancakes

    W- BBQ chicken

    TH- Omelets

    F- Venison Stew

    Tuesday: sausage peppers and onions, roasted broccoli, couscous

    Wednesday: chicken stir fry over brown rice

    Thursday: eggplant parm, meatballs, garlic bread

    Friday: London broil, baked sweet potatoes, asparagus

    Saturday: leftovers or takeout

    Sunday: dinner with in laws  

  • M- risotto

    T- crockpot pulled chicken

    W- grilled chicken with artichokes and rotini in lemon sauce

    R- baked pulled chicken taquitos

    F- bacon cheeseburgers

    S/S- We're taking LBB to the snow!

  • Monday: Vegan veggie crockpot soup...that I added chicken to so SO didnt throw an "I need meat" fit

    Tuesday: leftover vegan chipotle cornbread casserole

    Wednesday: tortilla "pizza"

    Thursday: bratwurst and sauerkraut

    Friday: whatever is left on the fridge that needs to be eaten

    Chicken breasts in crockpot with bbq sauce
