After nearly 8 months of Lovenox injections (the Perinats started me on it before conception) for APS and a history of clotting, as of today I've been diagnosed with GD to boot. Doh. Could I just point out how much I loathe/fear/detest needles? That, thanks to my DH's devotion and patience, he's been administering my shots for all these longs months because I can't do them myself? That, while yes I am a bigger girl, I've only gained 6 lbs total in this pregnancy and have been diligently watching my diet and essentially going by a diabetic diet from the start?
Grr!! No pressure, but this kid better be awesome. S'all I'm saying...

I know how you feel. Getting worried about my upcoming gd test in a few weeks and my weight gain been very low. So far at 23 weeks my weight gain is 1 pound and last month visit I lost 3 lbs from the original 4lbs I gained. This little girl better be a good sleeper and a head full of hair.
