I know I have not been on frequently lately and I am sorry to ask all you wonderful ladies but if you can send some T&P's it would be much appreciated.

Today my DH got a call from the VA confirming his back surgery! I am freaking out! I am so scared. I just want everything to go well. This surgery is great news because hopefully he will no longer have the pain he has had since he was in his 20's. Then again there is always that possibility of him not feeling a difference, possibly being paralyzed or worse not waking up. Then he will be on bed rest for 6months.

I am sorry if I am rambling but please ladies if you can send your T&P's to my DH LeRoy that all goes well when he has his surgery.

Yup he is a SAHD. I have scheduled a meeting with HR. Hope it goes well but my biggest concern is DH.

Yes he gets a percentage and after the surgery it will be a 100%.

I will be taking care of both my boys. I am sure there is that possibility of losing my job but I am fine with that. My DH is more important to me as well as our LO. I know it will be hard and it's going to be scary but there is nothing I can't handle. Plus I know I can come to you lovely gals and complain or vent.

Duff, you should be able to collect FMLA again to care for your husband. It isn't within a year of maternity leave so it starts over again. Make sure you talk to HR and mention that.
