Probably a really dumb question...

My son's doctor prescribed the fluoride drops and I was reading the box and it says do not take within 2 hours of having dairy... so... is breastmilk considered dairy???  Sorry for the dumb question!

    Yes breast milk is dairy unless maybe if your on a mspi diet but that I'm not sure of.

    I hope this is not taken the wrong way, but why? I honestly do not see any reason to ingest fluoride as a supplement.
