NBR: Super Bowl party menu

Hi!  We are hosting super bowl this year.  For the main food item I cant decide if i want to do sloppy joes or sub sandwiches, or both.  What would you do?  We will be putting out a bunch of other things, so far it's chicken wings, cocktail weenies, chicken buffalo dip, and potato chips.  Make my decision for me, I can't think anymore :).

    We host a super bowl party every year.  We usually have a ton of snack food and a 4 or 6 foot grinder.  I have never had a sloppy joe in my life, so I can't really comment on those, to be honest!

    I also have a great pulled chicken recipe from Eating Well.
    I always think of chili as football food.

    Sloppy joes feel more like football food to me but subs are definitely less messy!

    I would go with the subs.  Sloppy joes are thebomb.com, but are also super messy for your living room!  If you've got furniture you don't want stained, then I'd opt for the sandwiches Yes   

    Here's our menu:

    Smoked brisket, apple smoked baby back ribs, beer-can chicken, venison sausage queso, pigs-n-a-blanket, chips/salsa/onion dip, cheese/summer sausage platter, and my cookie brownies with frosting!

    We use our smoker grill for cooking all our meats any chance we get lol.
