Finally, my Christmas baby has arrived!

Atticus Cecil was born 1/4 at 1:41 am, weighing 8lbs 11oz.

He had absolutely no interest in coming out, so ultimately had to be evicted: we had a 43 hour induction complicated by meconium aspiration, fever requiring antibiotics for both of us, a vacuum-assisted delivery, and a major postpartum hemorrhage. Whew!

Happily, we're both doing great. He is completely amazing, and I am so in love!
